November 30, 2009 - - (Two-Time Winners) Blackshare Environmental Solutions has been selected for the 2009 Best of Flower Mound Award in the Wetlands Consultants category by the U.S. Local Business Association (USLBA). The USLBA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USLBA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community. Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2009 USLBA Award Program focused on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the USLBA and data provided by third parties.

June 30, 2008 - - Blackshare Environmental was recently recognized for its safety record on a field project involving over 270 miles of existing hydrocarbon pipeline. With over 2800 man hours, involving walking the right-of-way in extreme and adverse conditions, no incidents were reported.

June 2, 2008 - - At the recent Oklahoma Airport Operators Association (OAOA) annual meeting in Tulsa, Blackshare Environmental Solutions was awarded the "Corporate Champ" trophy. Congratulations to Derek Blackshare and his staff for sustained contributions to OAOA and Oklahoma's airports through corporate support and sponsorship.
